I was using a rebounder with springs before I ordered my Bellicon. As soon as soon as I started jumping on the Bellicon I noticed how much higher I bounced and with so much less effort. My workouts on my old rebounder can only be compared to jumping on concrete. Now I can exercise for a longer period of time with less effort and feel amazing when I am done. With dietary changes and daily rebounding I have already noticed tighter abs and my whole body is beginning to tone. I am extremely happy with my new rebounder!!
