I attended Tony Robbins' Ultimate Power Within seminar, where he shared the benefits of rebounding (jumping on a mini-trampoline) for 15 to 30 minutes per day. At a subsequent Robbins seminar, I tried a typical mini-trampoline constructed with metal springs. I liked it, but the springs were loud and the trampoline seemed a little bit small and uncomfortable, as I am 6'4" (193 cm) and 220 pounds. Thereafter, I found and purchased the bellicon online. I am so happy that I did! As of the writing of this review, I have used the bellicon (the larger model, with fixed legs) for six weeks, and I am getting great results. Rebounding has helped me maintain my weight while toning both my lower and upper body. I rebound each morning upon waking and before breakfast for 15 to 45 minutes, five to six days per week. I use one 3-lb weight held in each hand to enhance my upper-body workout. The fun-factor is honestly off the charts. I just feel great jumping! It is a super way to start the day! The bellicon is of robust, quality construction. And jumping on my bellicon is simply smooth, silent, and wonderful!
