  • I didn't know what I was missing until I tried the bungee Bellicon

    By Gayle, August 11, 2014

I have a spring Bellicon and a Cellercizer, but I didn't know what I was missing until I tried the bungee Bellicon.

My first impression after my first few bounces was that it is really quiet. Then I put my other rebounders right next to it and jumped back-and-forth.

There is no comparison! The bungee Bellicon is far superior! It is so quiet I don't have to worry about waking my husband up as I bounce away into the night.

I was considering the larger one because I wanted to have lots of room. I am 5'5" and the 44 inch is just the right size. I have the extra strong bungees and even though I am below the weight limit for them (I don't think I've ever said that before) they are perfect.

I was going to keep one of my spring rebounders as …

  • I began to develop stress incontinence when I sneeze...

    By Nancy, August 11, 2014

I have had my Bellicon rebounder for a little over two weeks. I was anxious to get started as I had researched rebounding and all the great effects it had on overall health. I started out doing the health bounce for a few minutes a couple of times a day.

The day before and day I received the rebounder, my mid back was sore and stiff from sleep. After the first few minutes on the rebounder, I got off and noticed that my back wasn't achy anymore! I was amazed as I thought it would take a week or so for the soreness to work itself out.

About a month before I got the rebounder I began to develop stress incontinence when I sneeze.

Anyone with this problem knows that stress incontinence and jumping don't go together. I could do the health bounce withou…

  • Loving my Bellicon!

    By Ronda, August 11, 2014

I've had my Bellicon for a few weeks now and I love it! I did a lot of research before making a decision and I'm so happy I chose a Bellicon. My entire experience has been wonderful, starting with Lauren in customer service who answered my many questions.

I ordered the 44' and it's perfect. The quality is great and it's like jumping on a cloud. It's always been hard for me to stick with an aerobic workout but I just put on some great music and away I go. I bounce for 10 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening alternating between bouncing, jogging, jumping jacks, etc. I would highly recommend a Bellicon to anyone looking for a great workout with a quality product!

    Happy rebounding.

  • My son has been using a Cellerciser for the past 3 yrs and a ReboundAir before that.

By Linda Auger, August 11, 2014

Dear folks at Bellicon, I bought my son one of your trampolines and it arrived on Monday. My son has been using a Cellerciser for the past 3 yrs and a ReboundAir before that.

My son Carmen is soon to be 18yrs 175lb athlete. He also has profound autism. He can be very difficult if he does not have an outlet that allows him to expend energy. He can not go out alone nor does he want to because of the severe nature of his disability he has significant sensory issues. So, this is his ONLY outlet.

The cellerciser he was using had the matt replaced and most of the springs. The force that he jumped typically resulted in 5-7 broken springs weekly, not to mention it was awful to jump on. The first time he jumped on the Bellicon we video taped it in slow motion. …

  • I have been rebounding for over 20 years

    By Mary A Robinson, August 11, 2014

I have been rebounding for over 20 years I have purchased two other brands of rebounders, only to have the springs break. I had heard of bellicon before but I did not want to invest the money in a bellicon . I thought the bellicon was to costly, But bellicon recently had a sale going so I decided to make the investment. I am so delighted with the Bellicon, it's unbelievable it feels good , it's quiet and best of all the quality is well worth the investment. My only regret is I wish I could purchase another one, I would like one at work also. I Love It! bellicon is by far the best.

  • How do you like me now!

By Mrs Doc, August 9, 2014

I have had my Bellicon for six months. I am recovering from more than a decade long battle with Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia. (Not to the mention the fact that I am almost 60 years old). It has taken me a while to build up my stamina. Now I can almost keep up with the beginning workouts that were sent to me by e-mail to get me started.

Not only am I getting to my ideal weight but I am feeling strong and looking quite fit. I love it that I can work out just a few feet from the bed and my husband doesn't hear a things...except at first, the heavy "panting" was an issue!

My doctor was all for me getting some exercise, even though he thought at first the "impact" would be bad for me, so I had to "educate" him on that issue. (Thanks to the information available…

  • Well worth the lifetime investment! I call it my happy cloud...

    By Kate, August 7, 2014

I visited a friend in Malibu last winter and had the pleasure of jumping on his Bellicon. I was blown away! It felt so good to be jumping on it. It literally made me feel light, happy and exuberant. I determined I had to have one. He told me the Bellicon was expensive but the best on the market. I returned to NYC and did my own research. I was convinced the Bellicon was the only one for me. I have no doubt I made the right choice. I bought the smaller model with the foldable legs. The workmanship is unbelievable. It's the most sturdy thing ever and no stability is lost in the folding model. I love the fact that it's easily transportable but I wouldn't mind having a little more mat space as well. If I travel for extended periods- it's going to have to go with me. I s…

  • Why did I wait so long?? Thanks bellicon!

    By Cindy S, August 6, 2014

I purchased the 44 inch size about a month ago and wonder why I waited so long. The no squeak unit totally is worth the extra price (as compared to the competition). I am 53 and my husband (age 55) who was skeptical about buying one is using it now too as are the adult children and grand kids when they visit. It is truly a rebounder for all ages. While I work out, I don't feel exhausted but can feel the workout afterwards so I know I am getting the cardio up. Thanks for building a quality rebounder Bellicon!

  • SUCH a wonderful, soft and springy bounce!

    By Barbara L, August 4, 2014

Dear Bellicon, I just received my Bellicon 49-inch trampoline and I love it! I had previously purchased two other mini-trampolines (a Needak and a generic brand) which I bought for the health benefits of rebounding, especially improving my immune system. However, I could never use these rebounders for very long because the metal springs supporting the mat were jarring and hurt on my ankles and feet when I jumped up and down on the mat. I had quite badly sprained my ankles several times in the past and am always careful to prevent re-spraining them again. Also I always wear orthotics to redistribute my weight from putting undue pressure on my big toe joints which have some degeneration from previous gout. I always had to wear tennis shoes when jumping on the previous rebounders t…

I've wanted a rebounder for a while so I did my research and finally found the Bellicon. I am so pleased with my purchase -- the classic 49" w/ fold-up legs. It's definitely sturdy and... WHEW... what a workout. I must admit that it keeps my attention and is not boring like other exercisers. Of course, it took me a few tries to get my balance, but now I'm like an old pro! It looks nice too. I bought the black mat w/ pink trim and pink bungee cords. Very cool! I have already recommended the Bellicon to my friends. It's well worth it! ...and on a side note.... the Bellicon staff have been absolutely wonderful to work with! Very attentive and responsive. Great customer service!!!

  • My initial impression of my Bellicon was how chic and nice it looked...

By Brandi Simmons, July 14, 2014

My initial impression of my Bellicon was how chic and nice it looked. My Bellicon has a black frame with black bungees and a pink rim on the mat, and I love it. The first time I used my rebounder, I have to admit, I felt a little off balance but since then I've become a great bouncer. At first, my legs definitely felt a burn, especially the calves. Nowadays, after four months of rebounding, I feel hardly any hard burn at all in my muscles.

I've already noticed a difference in my weight, I've currently lost approximately 20 pounds! I've also gained quite a bit of muscle definition, getting nice and toned! I have also noticed an increase in energy, I'm just so much more vibrant than I was. I just feel great in general and I love my Bellicon. But less about me and more…

  • Best rebounder I've purchased!

    By Mindi, June 22, 2014

This is my 4th rebounder and my favorite! I have been rebounding for almost 15 years, I've progressed in quality with each rebounder culminating with the best of the best, the Bellicon. The feel of the Bellicon is similar to jumping on a traditional trampoline. I loved being able to create my own Bellicon! It's quiet. The available workouts are well designed, but since I'm now in my 60's and a breast cancer survivor, I'm no longer interested in the power cardio, but rather the effective lymphatic system rebounding and general easy rebounding for 20 minute time periods.

  • Best Purchase

    By Deb, June 18, 2014

I thought long and hard about spending 1000.00 plus dollars on another piece of exercise equipment that I probably would put my laundry on. NOT SO......I bounce daily (even if it's only 5-10 minutes)....I have Fibromyalgia and suffer with pain daily. Since using my Bellicon it seems that my muscles are less tense which in return relieves my pain. Muscle tone and core strength are just bonuses.....and it's a ton of fun.......thanks Bellicon for building such a wonderful piece of equipment.

  • Beyond Great

By Amy Louise, June 18, 2014

I am 48 years young and work hard to stay active, but my knees and hips have started to rebel with traditional workouts, especially if they involve plyometrics. My Bellicon has been amazing, and perhaps the best part about it is how I have seen my agility and balance in crease over the few months I've had it. One legged moves and kicks that were difficult at first, now they are no problem. Also, the 49" mat allows for a lot of forward/back and lateral movements comfortably. No worries about not having enough space. I invested in the Bellicon because I could see how it was a piece of equipment that I can use well into my later me, this is the test of a truly good piece of equipment. In it, I've found quality and a new way to stay healthy for years. Thanks Bellicon!

    By Belinda, June 18, 2014

I reviewed rebounders for several months before choosing the Bellicon. I ordered to 49" with screw on legs. I can't say enough great things about it! I have had it a few weeks and can already tell a huge difference in the toning of my legs and arms. I am also a lot more limber! Bouncing in the Bellicon puts me in a happier mood which that in itself is amazing! I love the way it takes all the weight off of my joints. My only regret is not ordering it sooner. I am so glad I made a decision to improve my health.

  • Exercising Is Actually Enjoyable Now

    By Alyssa, June 17, 2014

I love my Bellicon rebounder...working-out is actually fun now! I have had mine for over a year and haven't missed a day of exercising. I have the middle size with bendable legs. The frame and legs have stood up amazingly, I wood rate that 5 stars. The mat has stood up great too, I notice the in one area the outer rim covering the bungees has slightly warped in one area (but doesn't affect my workout) I would rate this 4 stars. The bungee cords lasted almost to the date 1 year, and I have already replaced them. I really really wish they would come out with stronger bungee cords because they aren't cheep to replace, I would rate them at 2-3 stars. Overall I love my rebounder...and am addicted for life!

  • Best indoor rebounder on the market

    By SaphireCynthia, June 17, 2014

I have the 44" Bellicon with Strong Bungees. I got it to use in the Winter when I am unable to use my outdoor trampoline. It is the best alternative available that I can fit in my house. I found that rebounding outside gave me a feeling of wellness like none other and when I felt ill I would get on my outdoor trampoline and I would feel better so I knew I was onto something. When the outdoor trampoline had to be put away for the Winter I had started feeling like I was going through some kind of withdrawl from not rebounding so I researched online and found Bellicon and read positive review after review and knew that I had to get one for my health. I got on my Bellicon right when it arrived after I put on the legs and started jumping. It was a very nice bounce similar to the o…

  • I spent weeks researching a rebounder - I wanted to make sure I made the right choice

By Lynn Jordan, June 16, 2014

I spent weeks researching a rebounder -- I wanted to make sure I made the right choice before spending any money. I combed through countless reviews of different brands and videos online. It was clear that I did not want a rebounder with metal springs -- I live in a apartment complex where I did not want to disturb my neighbors. Watching a demonstration video of the Bellicon online was amazing -- I could tell the bounce was great --- I just had to justify the price. I am 5'5" and 155 pounds. I bought the 49" model, XStrong bungees, with the fold up legs. I am so glad I chose this model! I would have regretted a smaller diameter and the XStrong bungees provide the perfect resistance and bounce. The fold up legs are UNBELIEVABLE --- completely worth the extra money -- and make st…

I just bought my 2nd Bellicon(. 44 classic w/ folding legs) to back up my premium 49'er that I've owned for 3 years.... • Bellicon’s dynamic bounce from the bungees and quality material really sets it apart

    By Shannon, June 3, 2014

The Bellicon provides my clients with the vestibular (movement) input many of my clients with sensory processing disorders need. My clients love it! Occupational therapist at my therapy clinic love the fold up legs, which makes it easy to transport from room to room. The protective cushion around the rim has proven beneficial for my clients that have decreased body awareness. The bright colored cushion surrounding the Bellicon has been a great visual cue for my clients with increased difficulties with their visual processing skills. We have two other trampolines in our clinic, but the Bellicon’s dynamic bounce from the bungees and quality material really sets it apart from the more traditional trampolines with springs.

  • I would highly recommend this to any other pediatric therapist

    By Carrie, June 2, 2014

I am a pediatric occupational therapist working in a private practice specializing in children with sensory processing difficulties. About 2 months ago I had the privilege to test a 49" medium bungee trampoline in orange and green. Prior to this, I was using a smaller and more basic trampoline that was bought in a retail outlet with springs. Upon testing it with my first client, I knew it was something that I would simply not be able to transition out of. Not only is it quieter and larger than my previous trampoline, but it allows children to jump about twice as high with the use of the bungee cords. The kids instantly fell in love with this trampoline and were very excited to show their new 'tricks' and higher bounce to their caregivers. I even had one child encourage me to …

    By Laura, April 29, 2014

The Bellicon 49' is the most fun exercise I have ever experienced. Not only do I feel like I have tackled an effective workout, but it is so much fun!

Having been in an exercise lull for several, several months, I feel I have found an exercise I enjoy and look forward to each day. Also, I feel it's so convenient, I am able to get smaller jump sessions throughout the day!

There is not one person who does not fall in LOVE with the Bellicon who gets the opportunity to take a JUMP!

On top of all of the health benefits, the non-existence of a jumping noise, the fun factor, and the quality, you can't get any more excellent customer service. Each time I've called Bellicon, I've been greeted on the other end by exceptional service!

  • Great quality, love the colors!

    By Laurie, April 17, 2014

I am enjoying my Bellicon. I admit I was hesitant to order it. (Yes, the price.) After vacillating for more than a week, and after very intensive market research, I decided that Bellicon was the rebounder that I really did want. The most important attribute was the bungee cords. I love the quality. I also fell for the colors. I bought a pink and orange combo, and it reminds me of a flower. I have it in my living area, and jump almost every day. Music helps to keep me on the mini-tramp longer. I put on something I would like to dance to, and it makes bouncing more fun. Weight is coming off, but a bit more slowly than I had hoped. I have not really changed my eating habits, just moving my body more regularly. For now I mostly just jump and dance around and make sure to move my arms a…

The Bellicon is better than I had expected and my expectations were high. At first I was a little disappointed as I was expecting something that bounced me really high like a trampoline. When I realized that it would be dangerous and not good for exercise I fell in love with my Bellicon. It is extremely well made and almost completely silent when using it. I have it above my son's bedroom and frequently use it at night when he is asleep. There is no noise at all. It is something my whole family is enjoying and it has been helpful in building strength for skiing. We have it out by the desk all the time so can hop on, have a bounce and then back to work. Yes it is expensive but when I received it I could see why as everything is very well made. Quality doesn't s…

I started performing the "health bounce" twice a day for 10 minutes the day after I received the rebounder. While using it I find the bellicon to be extremely stable, there is no shifting or movement of the equipment. It is completely silent while being used, which speaks to the excellent quality. The best part is I look forward to performing my health bounce because from the first time I used it, I feel extremely energized and happy after my 10 minutes. My husband was resistant to buying the bellicon rebounder, but trusted me as I am the researcher in the family and I found out they were the best in the world!

He had done a lot of research in the military on rebounding and its astounding benefits for his recruits, this was back in the 70s, but sadly the military funds were not there for his project then.

After changing our diet 2 years ago we have seen many benefits, but Glenn said he could not get rid of his love handles. In just one month of rebounding twice a week they are gone!

He is so proud and astounded with such little effort he got such results that he could not get with his other very strenuous exercises! And that is coming from a military expert of 20 years training recruits for the field!!

  • The bellicon is a dream to jump on

    By Debra B., March 24, 2014

After spending a few years tempted by the bellicon..I finally made the leap. For years I've used on & off an inexpensive trampoline from a sports store. I did not get much use out of it because it was too small, did not feel safe, loud etc. I still have it because I can't find anyone to take it.

Now the bellicon is a dream to jump on. What a difference. My knees don't hurt like they did when bouncing on the other model. It's so quiet I can watch TV while completing my exercise. I still haven't watched the dvd but I'm in no hurry since I enjoy just bouncing - it raises my heart rate to an aerobic state (which is my main concern). I wear a heart rate monitor to ensure my session reaches the cardio state. It is really easy to get to my target HR & sustain it for the 20-30 …

  • A fun workout that you'll stick with!

    By Lisa, March 24, 2014

I've been rebounding for over a decade, and through the years this has been the one activity that I consistently do even if I'm feeling lazy, tired, the weather isn't cooperative with running, etc. You can always find an excuse to skip a workout, but with rebounding you don't want to skip it because it's fun!

I lost nearly 90 pounds through a combination of better eating, daily rebounding, and 2-3 times a week running on the treadmill. When I travel I always notice the effects of skipping my rebounding workout specifically (lack of tone in core/abs/backside) - even though I use the other hotel gym equipment instead.

Now that I've stressed the benefits of rebounding in general, I'd like to point out some major advantages of the bellicon over the NUMEROUS other…

I am 67 years old and have been a proponent of physical fitness and eating properly for the last 42 years. When my husband and I bought an RV one year ago and decided to live in it full time, well this put me in a think tank. Emmm, my treadmill is in storage, my several acres of land to walk on and do physical labor is sold and I'm sitting more now, as well as, just being told I had osteoporosis. Our RV is 38' long and with the slid out approximately 10 1/2' wide. This area is filled up with furniture and walking space so what kind of exercise equipment could possibly fit in my space? I can't just get out and walk several times a week as we travel all over the United States and not every area is safe, convenient or has weather permitting. I needed something that was a sure thing. …

  • Everyone loves it!

    By Wendy W., March 24, 2014

My family has had a spring rebounder for at least 4 years. I believe rebounders are a great health tool but my head could not handle the jarring bounce. Further, the jarring caused other areas of discomfort, so I avoided using it, only the kids did. While researching rebounders for my parents, I found out about bellicon and watched the videos (which were quite convincing) and decided to upgrade. SO GLAD we did. The difference is profound and I can jump multiple times a day without triggering a headache.

I am 57 years old and am blessed to be in good health. As a nanny however, I do quite a bit of lifting and was no longer enjoying my elliptical machine for aerobics because my arms did not need anymore of a workout. They just wanted a break! By Tiffany Kretzmeier, March 24, 2014

I had been interested in trying out rebounding, since I had heard of the health benefits of rebounding, and also the different cardio possibilities that one can get from rebounding. Since I was trying to save money, I went ahead and bought a generic brand rebounder from Wal-Mart, I think it cost me $40.00? Well, sadly that was $40.00 wasted because each time I stepped on it- it made noise and I didn't feel like I was safe using it. I weighed about 180 (pounds) when I used that one and the max limit was I think 250 (pounds), so I thought it'd be a lot sturdier than that. Not to mention all the dire warnings in the instruction manual about setting it up that it required 2 strong people to make it fold flat and set the hinges correctly.

Looking up other rebounders, I found …

By S. Kay, Los Angeles, March 24, 2014

Also, I can tell that my circulation is better and the toxins are being flushed out of my system only after a few days of use. It's invigorating and uplifting.

In ancient times, people were more active, but now we live in a rushed and congested time. However, the bellicon is the answer to this problem and a must-have for many health benefits. It's a small investment to make for a lifetime of major health benefits.

It's quite unlike me to look forward to doing exercise, but I find myself going straight to the rebounder first thing when I wake up and bouncing for at least 10 minutes. The fact that the bellicon is quiet is a real necessity in our house because my wife is extremely sensitive to noise and I can bounce on it without even waking her up. It's fun and it feels really good; like bouncing on a cloud. I get great aerobic exercise and it inspires me to do push-ups and sit-ups when I'm done rebounding. I've already lost 2 pounds and I have more energy during the day. I'm a happy customer!

I bought this bellicon several months ago. But only recently started using it. My chiropractor encouraged me and my 73-year-old mother to use it. We've been using it about 5 times a week now for almost 2 months. I've noticed a difference in my energy level.

The bellicon is well built and perfect for a New York City apartment (2nd Floor). It's very quiet, and thus no problem with the neighbors below us.

  • A bellicon is suitable for the after-treatment of patients

By Wolfgang Placht, Therapist Instructor, March 23, 2014

Bouncing is living – only things that bounce are balanced

“As physio-therapist/alternative practitioner I’ve been working for 20 years with the mini trampoline in single therapy, and for 18 years I've given seminars for therapists and trainers on the subject of therapeutic work on trampolines.

It is particularly suitable for the after-treatment of patients, prevention and fitness. Almost every physical challenge is easier after exercising on a trampoline. Especially in the area of after-treatment of orthopedic and neurological diseases, as well as after-treatment of invasive surgery, we experience amazing results with trampoline therapy.

Two years ago I learned about a totally new trampoline device from bellicon that exceeded our wildest expectation…

  • Working with bellicon in therapy

By Andreas Sperber, March 23, 2014

The Schwarzwald clinic in Bad Rippoldsau has now been working with the highly elastic mini trampoline bellicon® for five years. In the context of group therapy (where 13 units are placed in a circle), as well as individually personalized instruction, training is very effective with these new trampolines.

The participants are enthusiastic about the softness and vitality, the feeling of bouncing, the dynamic switch from take off to landing and the many exercise alternatives. In the beginning, the feet are actually securely kept in contact with the mat when bouncing.

Using music in time to the beat, this form of exercise therapy is very easy to follow even for those who “dislike”, or are not used to, exercising. When we, the therapists, then explain how to use an…

  • Finding Life Balance with a bellicon rebounder

By Dr. Dieter Breithecker, March 23, 2014

Highly elastic mini trampolines – such as the bellicon – promote reactivation of under-utilized senses».

“As director of the Federal Institute on the Development of Posture and Exercise, Germany, I meet more and more people of all ages who are struggling to maintain social- emotional and physical equilibrium. A significant underlying cause is rooted in our hectic, over-stimulated daily lifestyle that renders our bodies unable to integrate sensory input.

Accomplishing basic tasks these days relies heavily on visual and auditory input. This is causing a shift in the “balance of sensory information” away from vestibular proprioceptive function.

Our bodies contain an extensive detection and transmission network that governs our spatial perception. This …

  • This miracle product can fit any age group

    By Dr. Jean-Paul Pianta, March 23, 2014

The bellicon is in my eyes the best possible product to exercise efficiently. This miracle product can fit any age group. It eliminates the negative effects of gravity encountered in walking and running. At the same time, the pressures are profitable for the ossification and the building of bone density. Later in life when the cartilage, tendons, muscles and ligaments start to lose their elasticity, there are no negative micro-traumas on the various joints because of the gentle bouncing that absorbs the body weight. For children, it helps their neurological development and coordination in space and balance.

Regular use of the bellicon provide movement and stimulate mobility for all structures of the body, as logical consequences plays a positive role against premature a…

  • Flexible training and maintaining weigh

By Ruth Piller, March 23, 2014

I am very happy with the mini trampoline from bellicon. I noticed a big difference to common, cheap devices. The suspension is very suave and doesn’t put any stress on the joints and body.

It is fun to work out with it and time flies. Unlike with other devices you don’t wonder: “When is it finally over?” My ultimate reason to get a bellicon was to activate my metabolism and to control my weight. As a relaxation educator I am thinking holistic, and I realized that I missed out on exercise.

With the trampoline I am not bound to place or time, I am weather-independent, and I can exercise any time I like. I use it every other day for about 20 minutes, sometimes daily or just twice a week. This is a great way to get exercise without any more pressure on my schedul…

  • Mini Trampoline as alternative to Jogging

By Alexandra Lewicki, March 23, 2014

"When I test-jumped at the Medica Show in Duesseldorf I noticed a dramatic difference to my Trimilin at home. The bellicon mini trampoline bounces much softer, doesn’t cause hard shocks, and it tangibly utilizes the muscles more.

I use it to compensate for my job and as an alternative for running, especially in bad weather in the winter or when it gets dark early. It is really user-friendly. My muscles get a better workout and I am in better shape.

In the beginning I didn't endure as long as on my old Trimilin (30 to 60 minutes). I had to start with ten minutes, and then I increased it over the course of 4 weeks. If possible I exercise every day.

  • Mini Trampolin after Herniated Disc

By Lydia Trautmann, March 23, 2014

I first heard of the bellicon trampoline during rehab. Though the therapists advised against it, I decided to try it. I had bad pains in the lower back region, in the sacroiliac joint, and massive muscle tension.

After only the first training unit (20 minutes) I felt considerable pain relief because my muscles relaxed and I got more mobility of the sacroiliac joints. They loosened due to the see-saw and swinging motion. For the positive effects I decided to buy the device.

I put the mini trampoline in the basement in front of the TV. I also use it with a music station, then it is even more fun.

  • I don't want to give up the bellicon anymore

By Specialist Dr. Petra Lange M.D., March 23, 2014

I learned about the bellicon through the Hamburg Initiative‚ Healthy and Active, and I never want to be without it again. As a physician I do not have the time to exercise in a club. At the moment, cold and darkness also keep me from taking long strolls in the evenings. That is where the bellicon comes in.

While listening to my music, I am bouncing at least 3 times a week for 15 to 30 minutes. It is fun and takes little effort. It also helps my tense neck muscles. As a physician I can recommend it without restrictions.

  • Lost 30 lbs after pregnancy

    By Corinna G. (35), March 23, 2014

I got the bellicon in December of 2008 and I am totally thrilled! After I gave birth to our son in the winter of 2007 I could not get rid of the extra weight. I looked desperately for an uncomplicated, yet highly efficient way to exercise my body and shed the extra pounds without the need of a babysitter or sports studio.

The bellicon is just what I wanted! The bouncing method is extremely effective and because the legs fold back the device is easy to put away. Now I lost even more weight and have a better toned body than I initially wanted. I am still hooked. When I got the bellicon, I desperately wanted to loose 10-14 lbs and it ended up being 20-30 lbs! The compliments I get are a great reward and I mention and recommend the bellicon at every opportunity. My bellicon …

By Silvia Steinsberger, March 23, 2014

Even after many weeks I am still very happy and my wishes have been fulfilled in a friendly, competent and prompt manner. The service is quick and nice, the trampoline is loads of fun and so gentle that even people like me with quite a bit of extra baggage like to get on it.

Even if you are well endowed, which usually makes jumping and bouncing painful, it is possible on the bellicon without excessive ‘bouncing and swapping’. No matter what exercise you do, it is painless on the bellicon.

  • Replaces an entire Fitness-Studio

By Rolf Gramlich, 58 years, March 23, 2014

In my opinion the bellicon replaces an entire fitness-studio (that’s why I cancelled my membership).

To me it is the ideal full-body device. I use it for targeted weight training, and also for conditioning for cross country and downhill skiing, while simultaneously training my balance. Since I am also a passionate motorcyclist, I can feel a better balance there as well. I am also running on the device. It feels like running in deep snow and is ideal training for thighs and buttocks. I am thrilled.

The bellicon really has nothing to do with common trampolines you can buy at any supermarket, which I have also used in all sizes. I have already told my friends about it. They all wanted to get one of these things (after they’d test-jumped).

  • No asthma attacks thanks to bellicon exercise

By Sabia Schwarzer, March 23, 2014

I started having allergic asthma when I was a child. Over the course of the years, I eventually grew out of it, but it remained my weak spot. Stress, springtime pollen, or colds would set off a period of asthma, but with appropriate medicines, it was manageable.

After giving birth to our third child, my asthma came back and I could not shake it off. I could not run around with our kids and walking up steps was a challenge.

When I saw my M.D., he told me that he could prescribe all kinds of medicine for my asthma, but the most important thing to do to get rid of it in a sustainable way was to exercise regularly. He told me to start slowly, but keep at it. This is when I started using the bellicon mini-trampoline. It was easy since I did not have to leave the ho…

  • Never again another Trampoline

By Elke Rudenauer, March 23, 2014

    I love my bellicon trampoline!

For eight years I have jumped on different mini trampolines daily, except when I was on vacation or sick. In this time I have used 4 different mini trampolines:

The first one was a cheap trampoline – and it was quickly obvious to me and my back, that I needed a brand name trampoline.

As I wanted to utilize the high body and mental effects of training on a trampoline in a short amount of time, I spent a little more money on a mini tramp with metal springs. But I realized soon, that my back did not feel very good with that either.

I did not give up and bought another spring trampoline with softer lining of the same brand, and I continued my morning routine.

At some point I heard of the bungee-…

  • I have fibromyalgia and rebounding helps me

By Anneli from Grande Prairie, AB, March 23, 2014

I recently gathered pages and pages of motivational quotes and phrases that I post on my fridge and circulate to encourage me to make the right choices regarding health. I came across this one “Find ways to nurture yourself without food”. This had me pondering as eating has been my general fix or excuse for many years. What could actually come close I wondered? I decided that rebounding on my bellicon would be that thing.

I am enjoying my bellicon so much. It really is amazingly different than my old one. I describe in mountain bike terms; it is like going from a hard tail bike to one with full suspension. I almost think I get a harder workout yet so much easier on the joints. Any amount of time spent on there is literally “uplifting” and makes me so happy.

  • My back is stronger

By Lindsey Rike, March 23, 2014

Since I’ve started rebounding, I’ve done different intensities, and they all seem to be effective. I have noticed that my back is stronger and I have less random sciatic pain. My waist has also come in a noticeable amount, which is surprising, because I’ve always been pretty straight waisted.I’ve also noticed that my chest is stronger, as if I had been doing chest presses but I’ve only been rebounding.

I’m still amazed at the quality of the bellicon. It’s so sturdy and quiet. I saw the movie “Jackass” and they had a rebounder, which I think was a Needak. It looked small and they guy that stepped on it didn’t even bounce, just stepped right on to the ground. The bellicon is much higher up so you’re not going to hit the ground while rebounding. I’m so glad I get to use a b…

I started rebounding on $40 trampoline I ordered online - I didn't want to spend a lot in case it was a bad idea. I loved it. It was fun and effective, and I trained on it casually for about two years. It wasn't until I started jumping on it every day that I realized that there was a problem. My lower back started to feel tight, and when I really tried to stretch it I realized that my lower back wasn't merely tight, it was a little numb. Immediately I stopped jumping. Feeling stupid, I started reading up on low and high quality rebounders. I was already a believer and I knew that I wanted to keep rebounding. I tried out a bellicon. It was light, bouncy and definitely not jarring. Yet I really didn't think that I could justify the high price tag for the bellicon, so for a while I wa…

I had been talking about getting a rebounder for almost a year, then for Christmas, my husband gave me a card with “the rebounder of my choice” written in it...I was extremely excited! I had looked on line and there was no question...the bellicon was clearly the best rebounder on the market (although I had never tried it or even seen it for real). The plan was that our bellicon should go in the basement for the daily work out. However, after reading about the benefits of short frequent jumps (2 minutes boosts the immune system for 1 hour!), we decided to keep it in our main living area and it looks good too! That way everybody gets to jump on it all the time. Even after 3 months, it’s still a race for the kids in the morning to be the first one to rebound - and before every meal a…

    By JB, January 7, 2014

We bought our bellicon for our 4 year old son with special needs. He absolutely loves it! He we had the Jumpsport trampoline but it was too small and offered no cushion on the frame to protect our son in case he landed off center. Now that we have the larger diameter bellicon with a safety cushion, we know we made the smart choice. Having the option to change the cords as our son gets older to increase resistance is excellent and the bellicon provides a better bounce. Our son will jump on his rebounder every day. It is used during his therapy sessions as both a reward and for sensory skill building. Great quality and great service, I do not know what we would do without it. Thank you bellicon!

  • Incredible for lymph system - buying another one

    By Chuck, December 19, 2013

My wife came home about a month ago with a bellicon rebounder saying it would help release toxins in her lymph system. Skeptical, but supportive, I now am in amazement every time she jumps. Last night we came home from dinner, which normally would be too full to exercise. She stepped on her rebounder, was just lightly bouncing by barely rolling up on her feet without actually the feet leaving the rebounder while music played and we talked casually. After less than 10 minutes, her palms were bright red from the blood flow and activity excitation of her lymph system. I'm in constant amazement every time I see it in action. On other more rigorous workout days, she is adapting to doing core body strength exercises including bouncing in a sit-up position and cardio levels I have not see…

The pain was getting worse, even after 6 months of daily medication and iodine. Then I just happened to be invited over by my nephews to bounce on their new outdoor trampoline. I only bounced with them about 10 minutes. The next morning I woke to find that 75% of my neck pain was gone. I immediately wondered why and this started me on my journey to learning about lymphatic drainage. This rebounder was purchased specifically for this purpose. I have only had it a few days now, but have been using it daily and would estimate my pain is now over 95% resolved. At this time, I can only attribute this to the lymphatic drai…

My Bellicon rebounder was very easy to set up by myself.

The 44 inch size is perfect for the two bars. I think I would feel crowded using the two bars with the smaller sized rebounder. I also like the fact that it is fairly easy to move when vacuuming etc. I've used it almost every day since I got it and am working up my time on it. I researched for quite some time before I decided to purchase the Bellicon rebounder. Although it was very expensive, I'm glad I made the choice I did. I would also like to comment on…

I have not had to replace the bungee cords yet so I can attest to their build quality. I had used spring based rebounders prior to the Bellicon and never really liked doing the workout. This was a much better overall feeling so I could keep going and reaping the benefits. So to summarize I was 375 lbs when I bought the rebounder and it was gentle enough to allow me to work out, so I can say for anyone 375 or less it will be well worth the price.

We do love the bellicon 49" rebounder and have used it everyday since it arrived in August. We have owned the Jumpsport 350 about five years and the 370 since early 2011. We were happy with the Jumpsports but kept seeing and hearing great things about the bellicon. We decided to try it just to see if it lived up to the hype, and it does easily. The 49" size makes it even more fun and easier to use. The exercise videos have helped a lot but it is just fun to hop on and bounce and we do often. Several times a day and in the evening to relax after dinner. It beats a walk in the rain after dinner. I have had mini-rebounders since the 1970's off and on - I have given away about 20 of them over the years as I bought new ones. They were all spring based and all of them broke springs at so…

Not to mention about its unlimited benefits the family is enjoying it to the fullest.

  • Way better than my old spring rebounder!

    By Katie, September 8, 2013

I was using a rebounder with springs before I ordered my Bellicon. As soon as soon as I started jumping on the Bellicon I noticed how much higher I bounced and with so much less effort. My workouts on my old rebounder can only be compared to jumping on concrete. Now I can exercise for a longer period of time with less effort and feel amazing when I am done. With dietary changes and daily rebounding I have already noticed tighter abs and my whole body is beginning to tone. I am extremely happy with my new rebounder!!

  • Great workout

    By AK, August 30, 2013

I absolutely love my new bellicon.

I had read about the benefits of rebounding and ordered a cheaper rebounder at first. While I thought it provided a really good workout, I got extreme tightness and inflammation in my neck and shoulders. The springs were also very loud and the rebounder had a toxic kind of odor that gave me a headache. I sent it back and was not sure if I should spend the money on the bellicon.

Would it be different enough to justify the price? Short answer: yes. I'm so glad I made the investment. I have had none of the neck and upper back/shoulder issues that I had with the other rebounder. The bounce is much softer and easier on your body. Plus, you can bounce higher and do more (I like the bigger surface). The workout DVD that came with …

  • My new secret weapon for cardio fun

By California Jumper Lady (JH) :), August 23, 2013

I have had several injuries (back, feet) and physical issues (plantar fasciitis; surgeries on both feet) that make high impact exercise (jumping, running) a non-option for me. However, I also want to be very active and fit. That means that I have been creative and have hired creative personal trainers to modify routines for me that allow me to lose weight (I have lost over 100 pounds), gain muscle, and build core stability. Several weeks ago, my trainer asked me if I had considered rebounding. I immediately dismissed the idea because I remembered the tension of the little one we had when I was young (with springs). I knew that it would hurt my feet and other joints, but he still got me thinking. I did quite a bit of research on rebounders after that discussion with my personal …

  • Glad I chose the bellicon over springs!

    By Mark, August 23, 2013

I just got my Bellicon. It is very well made. Better built than I expected! How glad I am that I chose this product over all the other cheaper built rebounders. As soon as I got on it, I knew it was a winner. Folds up nicely and the Optional Bag is also very well made for occasional storage or taking a trip. I plan to make great use of this, and improve my health! Thanks to BiBi too, for being so helpful thru the buying process.

    Kindly, Mark

  • Love it!

    By Lindsey, August 21, 2013

I love the Bellicon so very much. It still blows my mind how energized I get. I actually have trimmed up a bit, which surprises me because I'm not over weight and quite fit, and I just needed some toning. Something that was very unexpected, that I couldn't really verbalize on my blog was that my chest wasn't very toned and it wasn't very firm in the middle. I just realized that I actually have cleavage and my chest isn't off to the sides.

  • Balanced and dynamic!

    By Sarah, August 19, 2013

One of my favorite things in life is dynamic movement that is balanced + creative.......bellicon offers this in such a FUN way! It's impossible to jump up + down without having fun, right?!

I have found that the bellicon provides so many benefits for the body :: low impact exercise, a variable surface (which provides a more functional challenge) for unique strength training and aerobic exercise, a fantastic way to get your energy flowing and a well-balanced full body experience.

I use it to mix up my exercise routines, strengthening exercises, as a warm up for yoga or just as a break from working at my desk! I heart my bellicon :)

Last but NOT least, the customer service and attention to detail is impeccable at bellicon. Unmatched quality all aroun…

I felt like I was on a big trampoline. My husband says, "It's like the difference between jumping on a pillow & jumping on concrete." Thanks for making such a wonderful product!

  • Release of tension for pianist

    By Debbie, August 15, 2013

Besides all the other health benefits that others have mentioned, the bellicon is wonderful for shaking out the tension after practicing the piano. I am a classical pianist and suffer from cronic tension in the shoulders, neck and arms. After practicing a while, I like to go and "swing" on the bellicon. It is great, releasing all the cramped up muscles. I love it!! After my foot operations are over, I am looking forward to really working out on the bellicon for weight loss and speeding up the metabolism!! Look out I come!!!

By Sean Dix, August 13, 2013

I just got home and found my Bellicon waiting for me. I opened it up and assembled it in a few minutes. Waaaaaoooowww strong but light. It feels indestructible compared to my last rebounder which was supposed to be olympic quality. I don't know what olympics they were talking about but the Bellicon is serious. This is the equivalent to the top of the line Mercedes Benz. I can't believe I waited this long for one. I should have bought this years ago. Worth every penny, words do not explain the feeling you get it's a true high. Thank you.

  • You Get What You Pay For

    By Susan, August 2, 2013

I came across the Bellicon during my research for a rebounder--and the more I read the more I knew I HAD to have the Bellicon--even though it IS expensive. However, the quality is everything they say it is. Ours sits in the corner of the den--you have to pass it to go to the kitchen--my hope is that my husband or I will jump on for a few minutes several times a day. My husband has mild Parkinson's, and rebounding is a good exercise for him. It is dead silent--you can jump or bounce and watch tv quite easily. Months after the Bellicon arrived I was cleaning out the storage room and found an el cheapo mini-trampoline--it was like trying to bounce on concrete! Once you have tried the Bellicon it will be impossible to settle for less! I hope that using it will reverse my pre-osteoperos…

  • Invest in your health

    By Hallie E., July 17, 2013

I was introduced to rebounding by the new method of exercise that I am doing (Tracy Anderson Method). Many people doing this method talked about switching over to the rebounder for the dance cardio portion of the workout because of knee and joint pain. I love the method, but I couldn't keep pounding on the floor six days a week for the dance cardio because my knees were starting to ache too. I knew I needed something to get off the floor to continue exercising six days a week. I had seen the Bellicon mentioned a few times as being the best, yet most expensive rebounder. So then I set out to research all the different types of rebounders on the market, both spring and bungee. I read countless testimonials, watched numerous video clips and kept coming back to the Bellicon.

  • Superb - completes my home gym!

    By Eugene, July 1, 2013

One of the best ways to get in shape (and I know this well from my younger Captain America type days) is to jump rope. Heavy exercise requires good wind power for the oxygen needed. That is why boxers and other atheletes swear by jumping rope. But my knees began to hurt from too much hard court tennis and I have not been able to jump rope for some time.

I recently purchased a Bellicon and was able to jump over thirty minutes with no hurting in the knees. I loved it. No sound either while listening to music and jumping to the rhythym. Incredible rebounder and well worth the investment in your health.

  • I am so in love with my new Bellicon!!

    By Hillary, June 28, 2013

About 2 months ago I decided that it was time for a change. My pants were all too tight, muffin top was flowing over my waist band and I had become addicted to my couch and junk food. I remembered an infomercial I had seen on a 90 day extreme fitness program so I figured I would go for it. I bought it and began the program. It took a lot of motivation and hard work to keep doing it every day. It was HARD! I did start to notice body fat was coming off. What I didn't anticipate was how fast the size of my muscles would grow. My goal was to shrink here and get that skinny, lean look. My thighs were the same size after 30 days. The muscle had replaced the fat and I was definitely bulking up. I had to reevaluate my fitness goals and change what I was doing. After a little research it wa…

  • Helps with balance

    By Gail M., May 15, 2013

My 55 year-old body has numerous health issues, including Severe Fibromyalgia, Brain Injuries and a form of club foot--Metatarsus Adductus. And whilst the Bellicon seemed like a form of exercise I might be able to do, I wasn't sure. Then I read the article on the Bellicon website about how Rebounding can improve a person's physical balance. (you could add a link to the article here.) After reading the article, I decided to purchase the Bellicon. Now, after using it VERY GENTLY for two and a half months, I feel more balance in my body. When gently bouncing, (it's just more of an up and down swaying) I keep my feet on the mat, because higher bouncing with feet off the mat made me too tired too quickly. So, my bouncing is soft and easy. I do this for about five to seven minutes. AND…

  • Night and day

    By Linda, April 18, 2013

I started rebounding on an Urban Rebounder, one of the low-end (but not bottom) spring rebounders. Inexpensive, so I got it on Amazon assuming it would be good enough. After bouncing on it for a week, I realized that I enjoyed the rebounding but was getting badly jarred by the stiff rebound. Could have lived with the squeakiness, but it really was hard on my joints, and my brain rattled in my head.

After researching mid-priced rebounders, I thought I might go that route--but then imagined having to buy a third rebounder down the road. I decided to spring for the top of the line. What everyone says about the Bellicon is true. Night and day. After two weeks now on my Bellicon, I go to my spring rebounder and can't believe I lasted a week on it.

  • Great fun

By Laura Keener, April 5, 2013

I can't say enough about my Bellicon rebounder. When doing the research, I knew this was the rebounder I had to have. The hardest part was deciding color pattern and leg type. (I chose orange and black and fold up legs). I opted for the medium size which was a good choice because it gives me enough room to do side to side movements which allows me to change up my foot positioning and bouncing angle to add some fun variability. Before purchasing my Bellicon, I really didn't know much of what I could do on it; I only knew that it looked like a blast and that's exactly what it has proven to be. After watching the included exercise video a few times, I was equipped with several basic moves that I could do on my own while watching my favorite shows or just "dancing" my way through som…

I researched many other brands before picking Bellicon and I am so glad I chose this one! My son loves it so much that it stayed in the living room right where he opened it. He uses it several times a day and we have seen a remarkable improvement in his behavior and regulation, not the least of which is an end to jumping on the couch! Bellicon is a product of unmatched quality, incredibly safe and sturdy, no other brand comes close. My son loves the feeling of the stretchy inner mat and the smooth bounce that the bungee cords provide. We can sit right next to him and talk to him while he jumps because it is so quiet. It's…

I am a 56 year old overweight female, with bad feet and this feels like a dream come true..just put on some music you like and just let your body tell you how much to bounce and how long to bounce. It feels so natural, so good. You will never again have to make yourself exercise, this Bellicon will call your name and before you know it 30 minutes is gone! I love it ! It is worth every penny it costs. Please don't waste your money on those cheap spring rebounders. This is so gentle and just feels fun. I look forward to many years of bouncing ...!

As a busy working mom of 2 kids under 3 it is tough to find time for myself. Over the years I have had 2 different elipticals, gym memberships and tried some dance classes. The elipticals break down, you can't get the parts, take up too much space and are noisy; the gym is just to much of a haul with kids and feels like a meat market and taking a dance class as an uncoordinated adult is just embarrassing and I loose interest in things quickly. I have also tried exercise dvds from home but found them to be too much hassel as the kids want to watch tv and they just feel too much like work. I have been dreaming about a rebounder for over a year, remmembering jumping as a child on our trampoline and knowing that the fun factor would make all the difference for me. I have found that I …

I used a spring rebounder but grew tired of replacing the springs and tearing mats so I thought I would try a Bellicon and finally ordered one. All I can say is that I wish I had gone with Bellicon from the beginning. The bounce is smoother and less jarring as compared with the high-quality spring rebounder model I was using. Here is the surprising thing that I did not expect: the cardio workout is actually better and more intense than with the spring rebounder which makes me very happy! I wanted the most intense cardio workout possible so I order the ultra bands (I weigh 230 lbs.). The effect is amazing and I equate the cardio workout to that o…

They jump on it everymorning. I tell them that it makes all their cells, muscles and joints smile and laugh at them. For weight loss it is a great way to move lymph around and out of body. So many more benefits to share. I love it! Thanks Bellicon!

To my amazement, the near-debilitating pain I've been experiencing for the past month in my back and left hip has disappeared. I have also had some issues with irregular menstrual cycles. Before I got the Bellicon I hadn't had a period in at least a few months. After bouncing on the Bellicon for about nine days, my period came. Coincidence? Possibly. But I plan to keep bouncing to find out what other benefits I will see. I believe the Bellicon is a great tool to improve my overall health and well being.

But, when it was clear that I needed an upgrade, I did a lot of research and decided to go from my $25 Walmart special to a 44" Strong Bellicon rebounder. All I can say is AMAZING!! By Patricia, September 14, 2012

I recently purchased a 44'' bellicon. I went back and forth between the 39" and the 44". It was not so easy to understand the difference between the sizes especially when I had never been on a mini trampoline before. I did get the 44" model and I am very happy with it. It does give me extra room for my legs if I want to jump high or jump wide. I am 5'4" 130lbs and I think the 39 probably would have been fine for me though. So, if you have a space concern or want to travel with your bellicon, bigger does not mean better. I am a yoga instructor and have loved my yoga practice for many years as my main exercise. As I get older, I need more cardio for my state of mind as well as my body. I love how I feel after a session on my bellicon. My body feels light and vibrant and my mind feels…

It is a great feeling to be sore the next day in my legs and butt, and in my core. I know it is working. I am a singer, so it helps me with my breath, and control. I can challenge myself by trying to sing, and warm up vocally while jumping! (Another reason why I like privacy, that's not something I can do at the gym!). It also boosts my mood, let's face it, it's just fun to jump around! I am also a person who can't stand the cold, and where I live, winter la…

  • Love my bellicon rebounder

    By Jnine, August 14, 2012

I purchased this product as I have issues of the heart and circulation problems. The dvd is great, and when I feel I can't keep up, I take things at my own pace. I am able to do jumping jacks again, which for some reason I can't seem to accomplish on "normal" ground. So fun and gets your arms, your entire body moving. Great for cardio! Clothes are fitting so much better too. I am 56 years old and so glad that I purchased this product. Have to admit I was afraid of "rebounding" off instead of being able to stay on it, but I placed my rebounder in front of my bed at first, not a lot of open space around me, and I felt secure until I got use to it. Also, with it being so quiet I can exercise day or night and not disturb anyone. Love my rebounder.

I have been rebounding for several years - first with a ReboundAir (worthless) and then a Cellerciser. The springs kept breaking on the ReboundAir,and the Cellerciser was better, but still a hard/jarring bounce and never could quiet those springs down. When I started developing some feet problems, I wondered if it might be due to the jarring effect of the Cellerciser, which I had been using more during that time. I then decided to invest in the bellicon and what a difference it has made in only a short time. Since I'm a long-time user of a rebounder, I didn't think there would be that much difference between the Cellerciser and the bellicon, but there m…

I attended Tony Robbins' Ultimate Power Within seminar, where he shared the benefits of rebounding (jumping on a mini-trampoline) for 15 to 30 minutes per day. At a subsequent Robbins seminar, I tried a typical mini-trampoline constructed with metal springs. I liked it, but the springs were loud and the trampoline seemed a little bit small and uncomfortable, as I am 6'4" (193 cm) and 220 pounds. Thereafter, I found and purchased the bellicon online. I am so happy that I did! As of the writing of this review, I have used the bellicon (the larger model, with fixed legs) for six weeks, and I am getting great results. Rebounding has helped me maintain my weight while toning both my lower and upper body. I rebound each morning upon waking and before breakfast for 15 to 45 minutes, five …

  • Now I get it!

By Second chance, February 14, 2012

The bellicon is our first rebounder. I did a lot of research before settling on what everyone says is the best. Without anything to compare it to I feel we made the right choice. We knew going in that we wanted something quiet that we could put in the den while watching TV. And it needed to be durable enough to stand up to multiple bouncers. So far it's met all of our expectations. The quality of this product is undeniable. This has been the perfect therapy tool for our child who has motor stereotypy... totally worth the money for this alone. But then there's the benefit to the adults in the house. At first, I thought the bellicon had been over-hyped. While the jumping was fun at first, I just wasn't enjoying it as much as I had anticipated. I actually felt sore and had a strain …

  • Fun!

    By Eliz, February 9, 2012

I received my bellicon last week, and I can really feel (and hear) the difference compared to my metal spring mini-trampoline. It's very quiet and a great activity for watching TV. The workout video that comes with it is really good, (I've done the beginner workout). It even has advanced workouts! I've got some work to do before I can actually do the advanced workouts just yet, they look intense! I researched rebounders in depth before purchasing the bellicon, and I am sure I picked the right one! It's pricey, but the Bill Me Later option makes it reasonably affordable. It's really a lot of fun, too!

  • Way better than Jumpsport!

    By Lynne, February 9, 2012

This is my second rebounder - my first was a JumpSport and my new one is a bellicon 49" with folding legs. Here is my comparison of both: 1. Both are quiet. They use similar technology utilizing a bungee cord type of suspension system - no noisy springs. One bonus that the JumpSport did have, though, is adjustable tension. With the bellicon, you have to select the "firmness" of the tension bands and they are not adjustable (but you can purchase different bands if you choose.) 2. Folding legs on the bellicon are a HUGE convenience. It makes it quick and easy to store or transport. Even though my JumpSport was much smaller, it took up more storage space. 3. The bellicon has a softer bounce. 4. bellicon is bigger. I LOVE bigger! You can do moves that you can't do with a smaller mat.…

  • Love i! Far more enjoyable than other rebounders

    By Paul & Pat, January 19, 2012

I love it. My wife and I wanted something other than the spring type that we have been using, which was noisy and bouncing felt like work. We anguished over the decision to pay more for this type of rebounder (trampoline) but the bellicon is amazing. We knew it was worth the investment after the first minute of jumping. It has only been five days but we are having a lot of fun on it. It is incredibly quiet and we are always looking forward to our next exercise on it. It's fun and - oh yeah - it is exercise!

  • Jumping for joy!

    By Maureen, November 22, 2011

I am not surprised to read that Bob Hope kept his rebounder at the foot of his bed. I've given mine prominent placement so I can jump at whim and start each day with a hefty dose of endorphins. I bought my bellicon to strengthen my bones, but it's strengthening so much more. I'm very impressed by the wide range of health benefits it provides, especially for the immune system, and by the clinical trials conducted in Germany. I'm also very glad I got the 44" instead of the smaller one, as the extra room gives me a measure of confidence. It's so much fun to bounce to music. I feel stronger and more youthful every day. I'm really glad I got a happy color -- hot pink -- because that's how it makes me feel. I'll be reporting back on the improvement in my bone density scan in a few months…

  • It's solid and beautifully built to last.

    By Kay, November 9, 2011

When my old rebounders' springs started snapping off I realized it was time to get a new rebounder. As I did my research I came across the Bellicon and was intrigued as I liked the idea of the quiet bounce offered by the use of bungees instead of springs. I was able to try out a Bellicon at a local Pilates studio and was truly blown away by the quality and ease of the bounce. This sold me even though I still had some lingering doubts about making the purchase as the Bellicon is such a high-end rebounder with a corresponding price tag. I knew though that I had to buy it and went ahead with the purchase. I am SO glad I did. I enjoy my rebounder every single day, slowly building up to doing longer workouts each week. I love the bounce, it doesn't tire me out as the spring rebounder …

  • Awesome product and does exactly what I wanted and what it claims.

    By Belinda, October 26, 2011

I received my Bellicon 2 weeks ago today and to sum it up, I LOVE IT! I have an issue with my lymph system not working correctly and this has worked wonders in only 2 weeks. I feel so much better & in only 2 weeks I have lost 7lbs. I bounce for 10 minutes in the morning and and 10 before bed, then sneak in 2-3 minutes here and there throughout the day for a total of 30-40 minutes total each day. (I work at home, so it's easier for me to sneak in extra time & it's fun, so I find it easy to just hop on when I get an extra minute or two or during commercials of my favorite tv show) I read the reviews of how this was supposed to stimulate lymph drainage and replace the need for MLD (manual lymph drainage) and at this point I believe that to be true. I don't have access to an MLD therap…

  • My bellicon is AMAZING!

    By Gaeann, October 6, 2011

I started looking at rebounders about a month ago, and soon came across Bellicon and all the reviews about how it was the best out there. However, when I saw the price, I decided there was no way I could spend so much, especially since i couldn't try it out. I continued to do research, and decided to buy a spring rebounder, but then saw a side-by-side comparison on youtube of the Bellicon and the Cellerciser. The squeaking of the Cellerciser was awful. So, after a lot of thought, I took a leap of faith, and ordered the Bellicon. I am SO HAPPY!! As soon as I took it out of the box, all my doubts vanished. The high quality was so obvious as I screwed the legs on. But the bounce is amazing - so soft and QUIET! I feel like I'm getting a great workout, but no jarring in my knees or back…

  • Backyard bouncing joy with tips to spare!

By Senior bouncer, July 27, 2011

I'm a 62 year old lady with lots of health issues like scoliosis, osteoporosis, celiac disease and more! I've had a lot of upper body limitations recently so I've been spending a lot of time bouncing on my Bellicon. It gives me such joy! It has also improved my balance and helped with bone density issues-big concerns with my health history. I've been happily bouncing in my back yard and lost a rubber tip since it had rained so much. I emailed the contact address and presto-I now have not one but 6 new rubber tips! I carefully researched many rebounders before settling on the Bellicon. I was hesitant because of the price but am so grateful that I went for the gold. I look forward to decades of happy bouncing-esp with all my new tips. Thanks Bellicon!

  • I love my bellicon!

    By Vickie, April 25, 2011

I am 59 years old and have not lit on any type of exercise that I really enjoyed. I have not had for very long yet, but I can already tell that this time it is going to be different. I can jump on my bellicon and though my calves may get a little sore while I'm working, but the pain is not lasting. On my treadmill, my feet would hurt, and so would my calves and shins. Not with my bellicon. I did get the 44 inch as everyone talked about the larger being better. I do like it, but I also know the smaller would have been okay also, as I am not that tall. I have used the dvd, as I wanted to get the proper posture down. I will check back in after I have had it longer, but so far so good, I am very happy with my purchase!

I am a fitness nut for 35 years. This is a great piece of equipment. I've used it daily for a year after using a similar product for seven years (spring-based). Many movements available and every body part can be worked with proper posture and form. Highly recommend this as a piece of anyone's daily regimen.

  • You can't go wrong with bellicon!

    By Holly, January 20, 2011

You can't go wrong with a Bellicon! I started rebounding with one of the cheap versions from Walmart a few years ago after I read about all the benefits of rebounding. I really enjoyed the convenience, versatility and fun rebounding provided. But, when it was clear that I needed an upgrade, I did a lot of research and decided to go from my $25 Walmart special to a 44" Strong Bellicon rebounder. All I can say is AMAZING!! I wish I had done it earlier. It's so much more fun and I can see and feel the improvements in my muscles just by using it. I really look forward to my daily use, even when it's just a couple of minutes. It's quiet and well made. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quality rebounder. You can't go wrong with a Bellicon! Cheers, Holly

  • My plantar fasciitis is so much better

    By Karen, December 10, 2010

Somebody asked me what I liked about the bellicon rebounder and I said everything. About two months ago I was researching rebounders as a form of exercise but I always held myself back because of all the room they took to store. I also found the noise of the traditional rebounder to be very offensive. While searching the web I came across the bellicon website and became very intrigued. I was impressed with the size options, quality of workmanship and most of all the folding legs. And the noise? What noise? With the bungee system there is no noise. I have always been into exercise but I wanted something that would be fun. This was the ticket. I have had issues with my knee and have noticed it has been strengthening the muscles around it and now I am having much less discomfort. I …

  • Healing for body, mind and spirit

    By Dierdre, November 20, 2010

The 44" bellicon rebounder I purchased has proven so far to be one of the best investments for my overall health and wellness! It is a possession that gives back far more than it takes. I am a 43 year old breast cancer survivor who developed osteoporosis. The rebounder has proven to help stop this disease. I am so grateful to be able to treat my condition in a natural and beneficial way. The rebounder is sturdy, quiet and spacious. I am glad I opted for the 44" as it provides plenty of room. Living in an apartment, I am not worried about disturbing my neighbors, as it is so quiet. I love how the rebounder brings out the child in me while building muscles, bones and balance. I do not feel any strain or stress from the bouncing but do feel the invigorating effects on my entire body.…
