Terms and Conditions

• Warranty for standard bellicon frame:  5 years
• Warranty for the bellicon premium frame: 10 years
• Warranty for all rebounder mats: 5 years
• Warranty for the bungee cords: 1 year
• The warranty is provided only under the condition that the bellicon Rebounder is used "normally", which means according to Safety Instructions.

• Please inspect the Rebounder (or whatever you have ordered) immediately. You have 5 (five) business days to report a problem to bellicon usa LLC. 
• Keep the original packaging. Don't throw it away. You might need it later. We accept claims and returns only in orginal packing.

 
5. Conditions of payment
Full Payment (including tax) is due at time of order placement.

INTERNATIONAL CONSUMERS: Price does not include brokerage fees and taxes. The brokerage fee is a minimum of $10. You will be billed for these fees when your order is delivered. We do not know the cost since every country has different policies. Please contact your local customs office to get an estimate.

  
6. Damaged Goods Claims 
a) Damage through transportation. All damage due to transportation must be reported immediately to bellicon usa LLC and no later than five business days following the receipt of the item. The original packaging needs to be kept available for FedEx inspection. If the original packaging is unavailable, no claim can be accepted. Replacements for possible damage caused during transportation will only be made, if the claim is accepted by FedEx. bellicon usa LLC acts only as the middleman between the customer and FedEx. If FedEx refuses the claim, bellicon usa LLC cannot be held responsible for any claims, damages, or reimbursement.

 
b) All other damaged goods claims, must be sent to bellicon usa LLC within five business days after receipt of delivery, with sufficient detail for an objective assessment of the damage to be made. The original packaging needs to be kept available for further inspection. If the goods are found to be damaged due to no fault of the Customer, bellicon usa LLC will send free replacements of the damaged parts.

 
7. Return Policy for non damaged merchandise
(Note: Customers from outside of the 48 States of America can return merchandise only if the item is severely defective and only if bellicon usa LLC is not able to repair the merchandise properly.)

 
bellicon usa LL accepts the return of merchandise from US customers (with exception of customers from Hawaii and Alaska) within 10 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for return, the merchandise must be in absolutely impeccable condition and be returned in its original shipping box along with all contents.

 
The Customer must inform bellicon usa LLC about his or her wish to return the merchandise so that bellicon usa LLC can issue an RMA # (Return Material Authorization). bellicon usa LLC will then give the customer an address to ship the product to. Return shipping to bellicon usa LLC is at the customer's expense unless the return is a result of a shipping error caused by bellicon usa LLC at which point bellicon usa LLC will rectify the problem promptly without expense to the customer. Merchandise that is returned to bellicon usa LLC without an RMA, will be sent back to the Customer at Customer's expense and no reimbursement will be issued.

 
After having received the RMA #, the Customer has three business days to initiate the shipping and to send the tracking number to info@bellicon-usa.com If bellicon usa LLC does not receive a tracking number within these three business days, no reimbursement can be given.

 
Return shipping costs and insurance is the responsibility of the Customer. The Customer must send the merchandise via FedEx or UPS with "Direct Signature required" in order to be able to prove delivery to bellicon usa LLC. If the item is returned to bellicon usa LLC in a damaged condition and it is determined that such damage has happened either at the customer's premises through rough handling or during the return shipping process, no reimbursement will be given.

 
8. Reimbursement Policy
a) Reimbursement for items that arrived damaged at the customer's premises

 
b) Reimbursement for Returns of undamaged merchandise

 
Returns will be accepted only, if the item arrives at bellicon usa LLC in absolutely impeccable condition, in its original packing, and with all original content. In case of an incomplete return, or if the merchandise arrives in a damaged condition either through rough handling at the customer's premises or is damaged during the return shipping process, either a partial reimbursement or no reimbursement at all will be given depending on the extent of the damage to the item.

  
9. Disclaimer

 
We herewith notify users that there are no implied warranties, and none are to be assumed to exist for damage, injury, or death resulting from use or in any other relation to the Rebounder. We herewith also notify the customer that by accepting possession of the Rebounder they will accept full responsibility for any loss or injury arising from, or in conjunction with, the Rebounder. Possession of a Rebounder will only be conveyed to individuals, businesses, or organizations who will accept these responsibilities. All others who are not willing to take on such responsibility need not apply for purchase or use of a Rebounder. Users, their heirs and assigns, are hereby permanently and forever discharging bellicon usa LLC from any and all liability whatsoever.

 
These warranty/ guarantee requirements and warnings are courtesy of the legal profession, which has forced small and large manufacturers and providers of services to their knees, or out of business altogether. This document is intended to render lawsuits virtually impotent. Absence of perfection in human beings is no accident, it is guaranteed, because we human beings lack perfection by the very laws of nature, and could, by all reason, not be held responsible for such lack of perfection in anything we do or make. Therefore, liability insurance is nonsense, and we carry none. No deep pockets here.

 
If any of the above subject matter is ruled to be illegal in any court of law, in which the validity of this document may be contested, any resulting partial invalidation of this document shall not invalidate the remainder of the rights, duties, and stipulations contained herein. Notwithstanding the above, in the event that any person who brings any type of legal action against bellicon usa LLC, this action shall be brought to the State of Wyoming, and any such action shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. This shall include any claim of product defect(s) or liability due to design or manufacturing imperfections.
